Each of our Flex-Team plans includes a set number of hours per month, which you can allocate across any of our design and development services as per your project needs. The plans are designed to offer maximum flexibility, allowing you to adapt to changing project demands. We have four predefined plans: Startup, Growth, Enterprise, and a Custom plan. Each plan is priced differently based on the number of hours included, and the hourly rate decreases as the plan size increases.

1. The turnaround time for a project under the Flex-Team program depends on the project's complexity, scope, and the number of hours allocated to it from your plan. We're known for our swift and efficient service in both design and development, and once we've nailed down the project details, we get the ball rolling without delay. Our dedicated team is committed to meeting your deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality. We'll discuss and agree on specific timelines for each project, ensuring transparency and alignment at every step.

Absolutely! Our Flex-Team model is designed to be as flexible as you need it to be. If you find that your project demands are changing, you can adjust the number of hours in your plan for the next billing cycle. You can even switch to a different plan that better suits your new requirements. Please note that each plan has a minimum number of hours to ensure that we can provide the most effective service.

If your project demands exceed the hours included in your plan, you have a couple of options. You can either upgrade to a larger plan for the next billing cycle or, if you need extra hours for just one month, you can "borrow" up to 20% of the hours from the next month's quota. Please note that any hours that you "borrow" will be deducted from the following month's available hours.

We understand that your project needs might change from month to month. That's why we allow you to roll over unused hours to the next month, up to a cap of 20% of your monthly hours. These rolled-over hours can be used in the following month, providing you with additional flexibility. However, please note that any hours not used in the rollover month will be forfeited.

Our Flex-Team prides itself on its responsiveness and efficiency in both design and development. Once we've ironed out the project details and your team is assembled, we typically kick off work on your projects within 24-48 hours. We're all about getting things moving and delivering results.

Determining the right plan for you depends on the scope and complexity of your projects, as well as your anticipated ongoing needs. Our team will work closely with you during the discovery and consultation phase to assess your requirements and recommend the appropriate plan. We consider factors such as project size, desired deliverables, and expected timelines to ensure you have the necessary resources to achieve your goals. Together, we'll determine the optimal plan that provides the right number of hours to support your project.

While not mandatory, we suggest having at least a 3-month backlog of work. You pay month-to-month and can end your subscription anytime with a 30-day notice.

Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change over time. That's why we offer the flexibility to pause your retainer at any time. When you're ready to resume, we'll be here to pick up right where we left off.

Once you've selected a plan, we kick off with an initial consultation to understand your project needs. We'll introduce you to your dedicated Project Manager and align on communication channels, including setting up Slack for easy communication. We'll also guide you on how to use our project management platform to track your project's progress, communicate with your Flex-Team, and monitor how much time has been used.”

We offer flexible billing options to suit your needs. You can choose to be billed monthly, and we accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, or ACH.

While you may not be able to handpick each member of your Flex-Team, rest assured that we assign highly skilled and capable professionals in both design and development to meet your unique needs. All our team members, including project managers, are among the top talent in the industry. We work to align the team's expertise with your specific project requirements.

Each client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who acts as the bridge between you and your Flex-Team. Your Project Manager will work closely with you to plan sprints, prioritize projects in both design and development, and ensure timely delivery. We use our project management platform and Slack for seamless collaboration, allowing you to track progress, provide feedback, and communicate with your team effectively.

With our Flex-Team Retainer Program, we don't provide per-project pricing for either design or development. Instead, we operate on a monthly plan basis, which includes a set number of hours. The cost of a project will depend on the scope and complexity of the work required, as well as the number of hours allocated to the project from your plan. This approach allows for flexibility and ensures that you only pay for the services you need, without being constrained by fixed per-project pricing.
