What does each plan include?

Each of our Flex-Team plans includes a set number of hours per month, which you can allocate across any of our design and development services as per your project needs. The plans are designed to offer maximum flexibility, allowing you to adapt to changing project demands. We have four predefined plans: Startup, Growth, Enterprise, and a Custom plan. Each plan is priced differently based on the number of hours included, and the hourly rate decreases as the plan size increases.

What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

The turnaround time for a project depends on its complexity and scope. Most small tasks have an average delivery time of 24 - 48 hours. Once we clarify project details, we move forward quickly, delivering high-quality work within your expected timelines.

Can I change the plan after I've signed up?

Absolutely! Our Flex-Team model is designed to be as flexible as you need it to be. If you find that your project demands are changing, you can adjust the number of hours in your plan for the next billing cycle. You can even switch to a different plan that better suits your new requirements. Please note that each plan has a minimum number of hours to ensure that we can provide the most effective service.

What if my needs exceed what I can achieve with my current plan?

If you exceed your needs, exceed what you can achieve in your current plan; for example, if you have a number of complex projects, you can either upgrade for the next billing cycle or continue with additional requests at an overage rate. Should demand stay high over consecutive months, we may suggest a higher plan to better support your needs.

How do I know the right plan for me?

Choosing the right plan depends on the scope and complexity of your projects and your anticipated workload. During our discovery and consultation phase, our team will assess your specific needs, considering factors like project size, desired deliverables, and timelines. We’ll work together to recommend the optimal plan that provides the right level of support for your goals.

How quickly can the team start working on my projects?

Our Flex-Team prides itself on responsiveness. Once your project details are confirmed, your team typically begins within 24-48 hours. We’re focused on efficient start times to keep your projects moving forward.

What can I expect during the Weekly Status Report Calls?

In the Weekly Status Report Calls, we provide updates on the project's progress, discuss any new requirements or changes, and ensure alignment on the project goals and timelines. These calls are crucial for maintaining clear communication and ensuring that the project remains aligned with your expectations.

What is the minimum commitment?

While not mandatory, we suggest having at least a 3-month backlog of work. You pay month-to-month and can end your subscription anytime with a 30-day notice.

Can I pause my plan?

Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change over time. That's why we offer the flexibility to pause your retainer at any time. When you're ready to resume, we'll be here to pick up right where we left off. However, bear in mind that the maximum duration of the pause period is three (3) months. Beyond this period, the agreement may be subject to review or termination and another agreement may need to be signed.

How does onboarding work?

Once you've selected a plan, we kick off with an initial consultation to understand your project needs. We'll introduce you to your dedicated Project Manager and align on communication channels, including setting up Slack for easy communication. We'll also guide you on how to use our project management platform to track your project's progress, communicate with your Flex-Team, and monitor how much time has been used.”

What billing options do you offer?

We offer flexible billing options to suit your needs. You can choose to be billed monthly, and we accept payments via credit card, wire transfer, or ACH.

Can I choose my dedicated team and project manager?

While you may not be able to handpick each member of your Flex-Team, rest assured that we assign highly skilled and capable professionals in both design and development to meet your unique needs. All our team members, including project managers, are among the top talent in the industry. We work to align the team's expertise with your specific project requirements.

I have a lot of projects. How does project management and/or sprint planning work?

Each client is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who acts as the bridge between you and your Flex-Team. Your Project Manager will work closely with you to plan sprints, prioritize projects in both design and development, and ensure timely delivery. We use our project management platform and Slack for seamless collaboration, allowing you to track progress, provide feedback, and communicate with your team effectively.

How much does a typical design project cost? I want to understand per-project pricing.

Our Flex-Team Retainer operates on a monthly plan basis, with pricing reflecting the scale and complexity of work managed within each plan. Per-project pricing isn’t provided as the retainer offers flexibility for a set number of concurrent tasks each month, ensuring you get the right support for ongoing needs.
