When should a B2B tech company rebrand?

If your brand no longer reflects the company you've become, if you're losing deals to competitors who look more credible, or if you're about to raise a round or enter a new market — it's time. The cost of a weak brand is always higher than the cost of fixing it.

What's the difference between a brand refresh and a full rebrand?

A refresh updates the visual layer — logo, colors, typography — while keeping the strategy intact. A full rebrand starts with positioning and messaging, then rebuilds the visual identity from that foundation. We start with an audit to tell you which one you actually need.

We already have a logo and several assets. Can we use these in our refresh / rebrand?

It’s possible. We’ll always start with a brand audit to understand what's worth keeping and what's holding you back. We’ll have honest conversations to define exactly what’s needed, and if we can go off of what you already have instead of starting from scratch, we will.

We need both a rebrand and a new website — can you handle both?

We recommend running them together. Building a new site on top of an old brand creates inconsistency that undermines both. We scope brand + web as a single integrated project when timing makes sense
