How We Got There
BRIGHTSCOUT developed a cohesive brand identity that reintroduced the company as Ondaro. We created a new name, logo, color palette, and visual system that inspired innovation and trust, and redesigned the website to communicate Ondaro’s expertise with clarity.
Challenges
Cask, Ondaro’s former brand, faced growing brand confusion with Cask Technologies, an unrelated firm with ongoing reputational issues. Their identity also lacked consistency across regions, which created fragmentation and reduced brand impact. With ServiceNow’s Knowledge conference approaching, the team needed a refreshed, ownable brand to elevate market perception and protect its reputation.
