What We Achieved
We launched a refreshed brand for Deskpro’s September AI product launch, helping them build momentum for the last stretch of the year and stand their ground in a crowded market. We positioned the brand as a secure, enterprise-ready and on-premise help desk solution with new visuals and a high-impact website that’s still recognizable as the Deskpro users know. With a stronger narrative that places emphasis on why Deskpro matters to its clients and a solid UX, we helped garner and sustain trust, drive awareness and support conversion.
How We Got There
We focused on activating Deskpro’s new narrative through a sharper brand expression and an impactful web experience, knowing that their upcoming launch was a huge opportunity and a chance for them to make a splash in the market, showing users and investors alike that Deskpro understands what today’s teams truly need.
Challenges
Deskpro’s brand visuals and tone weren’t reflecting their strengths or target industries, and the lack of internal branding resources was holding them back. The branding misalignment that came as a result of this made it so their product was perceived as consumer-focused and lightweight, and their website wasn’t highlighting their AI capabilities and features. In addition to a tight deadline, we had to work with legacy assets the brand wanted to respect, creating a much-needed refresh without losing a recognizable essence.
