DocShield is simplifying medical malpractice insurance for physician practices across all 50 states, replacing a slow, paperwork-heavy process with a technology-first platform built around transparency and trust.
Our collaboration covered a full brand and website build, from stakeholder alignment, strategic positioning, and visual identity through to a high-performance Next.js website, brand asset library, and 30-day post-launch support.

What We Achieved
We positioned DocShield as the modern, digital-first authority in medical malpractice insurance, building a brand identity system and marketing website that speaks credibly to enterprise healthcare decision-makers and solo physician practice owners in equal measure. The result gives their internal team a scalable foundation to grow from and a digital presence that reflects the clarity and trust their clients expect.
How We Got There
We ran a full brand process before a single page was designed, working through stakeholder alignment, strategic positioning, and visual identity development to establish a foundation that could serve both enterprise healthcare organizations and individual physician practice owners. The website was built for performance and conversion on Next.js with a Payload CMS giving the internal team full content control from day one.
Challenges
The core challenge was audience range. DocShield serves solo physician practice owners and enterprise healthcare decision-makers, two audiences with different levels of sophistication, different buying processes, and different expectations of what a credible insurance partner looks and sounds like. Building a brand that earned trust across both without losing coherence or warmth required a careful balance at every stage of the process, from positioning and visual identity through to copywriting and UX.
