Motorq connects OEMs and the businesses that need their vehicle data to make better decisions, act faster, and run their fleets more efficiently.
We rebuilt both brand and website, developing a visual identity, messaging system, and site architecture to reposition Motorq beyond Connected Vehicle Intelligence, building toward a broader category as the leading Mobility Intelligence Solution.

What We Achieved
We helped reposition Motorq beyond Connected Vehicle Intelligence, building towards a broader category as the leading Mobility Intelligence Solution, with an enterprise-grade identity built for its shift to direct-to-fleet. For a market still anchored in hardware-based telematics, we built a website that educates on native connectivity and AI decisioning, and a system Motorq's lean team can run on its own.
How We Got There
We built on discovery Motorq's team already had, so our time went directly to synthesis, strategy, design, and build. Every deliverable was scoped to what a small marketing team could maintain, and the education layer was anchored in the Fuse narrative to hold up as the product evolved. We stayed flexible as the category story sharpened, without losing pace on a time-sensitive rebrand.
Challenges
The challenge was a brand identity undermining its own enterprise credibility, a website missing the pages needed to sell up-market, and no sales collateral to match. We built a full visual identity and brand guidelines from scratch, a website rebuilt for a market still anchored in old telematics thinking, and a system in Notion, Google Drive, and Figma that Motorq's team could run without heavy agency reliance.
