What We Achieved
CenterSeat needed a platform that serves as a single source of truth for their security professional clients, somewhere that could consolidate the storing, managing and alerts for documentation and records. We designed and developed that website, helping them launch their new CenterSeat v1.0 platform seamlessly.
How We Got There
We conducted thorough research to understand their brand, including competitors and audience, which helped us hone in on what they were lacking and what they wanted to achieve and build a platform that responded perfectly to our findings.
Challenges
We needed to build a platform that would help CenterSeat’s audiences move away from manual, task-oriented processes and siloed data in an intuitive way. They wanted to streamline the process and become a more efficient source of truth for their users, so integrating everything seamlessly was key. Additionally, they target different audiences, with some being more tech-savvy than others or having more compliance knowledge, which made landing on the correct messaging paramount.
