Zus Health is a healthcare data infrastructure platform that gives CIOs, CMIOs, and clinical operations leaders a single, always-on patient profile they can trust to power better care decisions.
We refreshed their identity, rebuilt their messaging around outcomes, and delivered a modern Webflow site that positions Zus as the trusted infrastructure powering the future of value-based care.

What We Achieved
We partnered with Zus Health at a pivotal moment: a new CEO, a proven product, and a brand that hadn't kept pace with either. We rebuilt their identity and website from the ground up, delivering a refreshed visual system, a messaging framework aligned to their evolved buyer set, and a modern Webflow site built for conversion and scalable content publishing. The result positions Zus as the trusted infrastructure powering the future of value-based care. We also built a modular Webflow CMS the marketing team can run without engineering support, so the momentum from launch carries forward.
How We Got There
We started by getting clear on who Zus was actually selling to: CIOs, CMIOs, and clinical operations leaders who move carefully and need to trust the infrastructure they buy. The messaging shifted from problem-focused to outcome-focused, the visual identity moved toward authority and clarity, and the website was built around conversion, with demo booking flows and calls to action designed to reduce friction at every step.
Challenges
We faced the challenge of aligning Zus’ strong internal voices, an evolving buyer profile, and a brand that was pulling in different directions without losing momentum. We structured the engagement to give stakeholders meaningful input at each phase while keeping the creative direction coherent and the timeline on track. The bigger challenge was translating complex healthcare data infrastructure into a brand and website that feels clear, authoritative, and human, without oversimplifying what makes Zus stand out.
