Lucien is a hardware-first AI security platform that gives enterprises deterministic, real-time protection against the prompt injection attacks, data exfiltration, and model manipulation threatening AI systems at scale.
We created their brand and website with a visual identity and messaging framework capable of earning trust across two high-stakes audiences: enterprise security buyers and early-stage investors.

What We Achieved
We built Lucien a brand and digital presence capable of carrying serious weight in two high-stakes contexts: early investor conversations and enterprise security evaluations. That meant a distinctive visual identity, outcome-focused messaging that translates complex AI security infrastructure into a clear value proposition, and a Webflow site ready to support their January launch.
How We Got There
With a tight timeline and a product still finding its final form, we structured the engagement to move fast without losing strategic coherence. We decoupled Lucien's identity from Irys, built a brand system grounded in the precision and authority the AI security category demands, and delivered a three-page Webflow site ready to support stealth-mode outreach and a full public launch.
Challenges
The core challenge was building authority for a brand that didn't exist yet. Lucien had the product validation and serious interest from enterprise and government buyers, but messaging that still lived inside the Irys context and no visual or digital identity of its own. We had to establish credibility fast, for an audience that doesn't forgive vague positioning, while keeping the brand flexible enough to evolve as the product did.
