Prime Security catches the flaws behind a breach before, in, and after the code deploys. It's an AI-native security architect defining its own Design-Stage Risk Management category, built to translate a technically complex product into something security teams can understand and trust.
We built their brand and website in parallel, developing a visual identity, messaging system, and site architecture designed to make an unproven category feel credible and position Prime Security as its category leader.

What We Achieved
We positioned Prime Security as the category leader in Design-Stage Risk Management, building an identity and messaging framework designed to grow together with the product and carry it into its next stage. We also made a technically dense, AI-native platform legible to the people evaluating it, establishing a design system Prime Security's team can extend on their own with confidence.
How We Got There
We set clear roles and a tight cadence from day one, grounding every decision in the technical and strategic context Prime Security's team gave us early access to. Structured feedback kept both tracks, brand and website, moving in sync, and staying flexible let us adapt as the category story sharpened along the way. We didn't trade quality for speed, or communication for either, and still hit the deadline.
Challenges
We faced the challenge of building a trust-critical, category-defining brand, under a tight deadline and a closing competitive window. That meant a full visual identity and design system built from scratch, a website rebuilt to tell a story, and brand assets Prime Security’s team could maintain independently, all in service of one goal, making an unproven category credible from day one.
